The Caretaker and Groundpersons' Workshop is located under the carving room.

A Dangerous Goods Shed is at the rear of the school. It is located across the internal access road from the gymnasium.

There are three School Vans and Trailer which are kept in a Double Garage located to the rear of the staff carpark. The double garage is also used to store accessory equipment for the van and trailer i.e. waterblaster, cage and covers for the trailer. Attachments to the trailer for portage of school canoe, heavy duty jack, tools, battery charger.

The Boiler Shed is situated at the front of the school. Inside the boiler shed is an aged coal fired furnace, coalbunker and incinerator. Radiators heat the administration block and the two Fraser Buildings.

A shed located to the rear of the boiler shed is the designated smoking area for visitors and staff.

A junior school Adventure/Activity Playground is located at the front of the school immediately to the left of the Tomokanga. It is equipped with PlayCo equipment/facilities. The whole area is covered with large granular bark and is enclosed by a 1.8m high 'motorway' fence. It is also sunshade protected.

 

A junior sized Netball Court is located at the rear (western end) of the school. Immediately behind that is a junior sized Football Field. Another large Hardcourt Area is located at the northern end of the school. This is used by senior school students for their activities.

A circular area immediately outside the southern Fraser building has a large shadecloth covering it. This area is for the use of junior school students as an Outside Activity Centre. The senior school outside covered area is located immediately outside the full-length opening concertina doors of the gymnasium. Large wooden tables with steel frames are situated in these areas.

There is a school Swimming Pool (18.5m x 6m; Volume=90.85 cubic metres=90,849litres) with associated changing sheds, filtration plant and an automatic chlorinating unit. The swimming pool and associated buildings are fully surrounded by a 2-metre high wire netting fence. The two entrance gates have self-locking latches.

There are three designated Carparks at school. The administration staff carpark is located at the front of the school to the right of the Boiler shed. The staff carpark is at the north end of the school frontage. Parking for visitors using the gymnasium is located at the rear of the gymnasium. This carpark can be accessed via the staff carpark entrance and along the internal accessway. At the entrance to the stall carpark is a large 20m Icecooler Container, which is used to house the school Kopapa Canoe, lifejackets and oars.
