The school has a Property and Occupancy agreement with the Ministry of Education and occupies two sites. One site is located at 26 McDiarmid Crescent, Huntly West, and the other at Harris Street, Huntly West.

The site located at 26 McDiarmid Crescent is 2.10802 Ha.
All teaching, administration, and service facilities are located at this site.

A carved Tomokanga indicates the main entrance to the school. Immediately to the left and to the fore of the Tomokanga are the administration block and staffroom.

The Administration Block comprises the Tumuaki's office with an adjoining (separated by concertina acoustic doors), Rünanga subcommittee meeting room. The meeting room has its own tea/coffee making facilities. The master-monitor for the networking of all classrooms TV/Video sets is located in the meeting room.

The school office is located directly across the corridor from the Tumuaki's office. It has separate reception counters for students, people in wheelchairs and parents/public. The student's telephone is situated on the 'students' counter'. The administration block networked printer, server, photocopie, computer cable patch panel and fax machines are also situated in the school office. The master panel for the intercom/radio system, which is wired throughout the school, is also situated in the school office.

The Pouärahi offices (3) are located along the length of the corridor.
The sickbay is at the end of the corridor, directly across from the student reception area. In the sickbay are two beds, a massage table and storage cabinets, medical treatment area, and a unit for washing hands and instruments. Next to the sickbay is a storage cupboard where replacement stationery texts and materials are kept for students and administration.

The staffroom is located in the school courtyard directly facing the main entrance. The staffroom has full catering facilities, which can be screened off from the primary meeting area of the staffroom. The kitchen can be accessed from within the staffroom and from outside without disturbing any gathering in the main meeting area.

At the rear of the staffroom is another area, which can be closed off by huge acoustic concertina doors. (The doors can also be utilised as a large screen for presentations if required).The area at the rear of the staffroom is a multipurpose area, but its primary function is the location of of three staff computers, printers, scanner and photocopier. The Rünanga also uses it for its purposes. All computers are networked to the administration office server as well as being networked to the Information Centre's catalogues. A walled area to the right of the staffroom which can be accessed from within the staffroom, is the staff designated barbeque area.
